What We're Looking For

- 3+ years professional experience in painting & decorating
- Own tools & transport - fully equipped to work independently
- Excellent finish quality - pride in perfection, attention to detail
- Reliable & punctual - customers trust you with their homes
- Professional attitude - respectful, tidy, customer-focused
- Checkable references from previous clients or employers
- Wallpapering skills (feature walls or full rooms)
- CSCS card or relevant trade qualifications
- Own public liability insurance (£2M+)
- Experience with heritage properties or period features
- Commercial decorating experience
- Photos of previous work / portfolio
